The DFD1 instructions ask that you put the 11 pin MALE header on this board. Either way works. I have always done it the wrong way, every time. The 10K 10 turn pots are not mounted on the board when used with the receiver. They are tied to a relay that switches the correct values for the bands. |

A wire jumper is placed as shown on the image at the right side. The fine adjustment pot goes here, but is not used. A jumper from where the middle pin of the pot normally goes and ground sets the frequency offset of the fine adjustment to zero. |
